House/Barn Quilt Block/Wood good Quilt Block

This piece was inspired by my wife's quilt making. I often help her and decided to try my hand at a quilt block made from wood. This is a traditional quilt block design called a church dash. This piece is about 18” x 18” x 5/8'. It weighs 9#. I selected walnut, tiger maple, and maple for the design. The backer board is 1/8" hard board. The piece could be used for wall art or to hang outside on your home or barn. It is good finished with clear shellac to withstand the elements for many years.
I am willing to take custom orders for most quilt block designs. Prices will depend on type of wood, size and how complex the design is.
