good This piece was loosely inspired by geodes, ordinary rocks that hold beautiful crystals inside. I wanted to have the focal point of this piece centralized with an additional element to grab any viewer's attention – sparkles! The large flakes help give the piece an interesting texture. The sparkles color shift with the light, moving from a light green to a deep blue-purple. Accents of gold splashed throughout the composition give it an elegance that will liven up any setting!
