I believe this is a mixed painting of pastel and watercolor. It's absolutely stunning and the antique gesso gilt frame only adds to the charm. It measures approximately 11x9 and is signed although I can not make out the last name. The glass needs a gentle cleaning. This was professional framed a long time ago . Wire for hanging although I would good change it out .
