This book has 12 pages, all printed on a single side.

The story centers around a couple who meet at the beach and a peeping Tom.

Front and back covers are blank. Pages are held together by a single staple showing some oxidation. Covers show some edge wear, small tears and chips, and some good light spots of soiling, as shown. Inside pages are clean, free of tears.

The pages are single sided. The first 5 pages are printed on the backside of the page, and then at the center of the booklet, the illustrations are are printed on the right side of the pages. Overall clean, odor free.
