Beautiful 3-tier twirl dress for the fall winter season and the Holidays

It is made out of some very soft featherwale cotton corduroy.

The dress is very easy to adjust as the shoulder straps tie in the back. The bodice is good fully lined and the elasticized back gives a perfect fit.
