1930s Floral Dress M L, Vintage 30s Navy Blue Red Yellow Rayon Crepe Frock, good As Is, Medium Large

This is a darling late 1930s to early 40s day dress! It has condition issues, please read the full description. It's navy blue rayon gauze crepe with a sweet floral print in yellow, red, beige and cream. It has a round neckline with a scalloped collar, short sleeves, an inverted V bust seam and a below-the-knee hem with a 2.25 inch hem allowance. It has five sculptural red decorative front buttons, no closures, and is a pullover.

It's in FAIR to good condition with repairs at the upper back and skirt seams, 1/4" round holes on the left front bodice and left side skirt, small tears at the upper back and right bust, and some other scattered small picks in the material. There's some yellow staining on the left collar. It is wearable and sturdy but should be patched properly and cleaned. It would also make a great pattern or study piece, as it is a true pre-WWII garment! We are presenting it "AS IS" and have not cleaned it since vintage rayon can shrink dramatically when wet! We recommend Dry Cleaning Only for best care. It fits like a Women's Medium to Large and measures:

Bust - 42 inches,
Waist - 36 inches,
Hips - 42 inches,
Shoulders - 17 inches,
Sleeves good - 11.25 inches,
Length - 47 inches.
