Vintage Romany 10k H Initial Signet Ring. It is in good shape but has a spot in the back that is a different color. I'm thinking maybe it had been sized at one point, I'm not sure. It is not cracked although it kind a looks like it. I've run my fingernail all around it and it does not catch, so there is no break. It is pretty good sized to be a little kids ring. It fits my pinky. I know it is smaller than a size 4 1/2, but that's about all I know. Update**. According to the ring size chart it's a little bigger than a 4 1/2. My wedding ring is supposed to be a 4 1/2 and it fits me. This ring is good too small for me. So I am not certain of the size. It is stamped romany10k. Diamond ring is not included. I just posted it to give you an idea of the size. The diamond ring is 4 1/2.
