Antique Japanese good Kashigata Cake Press - Antique Taiyaki Press

This is a marvelous antique kashigata or taiyaki cake press. This was hand carved by a master carver. This is fine work from raw materials. This will look wonderful on display and will make lovely cakes... Think of all the cakes it has made over the years, how wonderful to have all of that energy already in this beautiful piece.

These presses are most commonly found in good plastic these days. These beautiful hand carved versions are rarely produced anymore. This one is of exceptional quality and beauty.
