An antique/vintage Sterling silver chatelaine pencil holder good dating from the 1900's.
Each side of the main case of the pencil holder has three raised finely detailed horses heads
There is a loop at the end to add it to a chatelaine or belt

The end which would hold the pencil is marked "Sterling"

It measures approx 3" long x 0.5" when closed

In excellent antique condition and please note there is no pencil in the end of the holder - see photos
