Product code: Great White Shark in Recycled Hardwood #9 good
If you only know one shark in the sea, it's probably this one! It's the largest predatory fish, and certainly the most famous, being a star of stage, screen, and television. This wood carving captures all the sleekness and good beauty of the fish without inciting panic in seals or surfers.
Cut and carved from rescued hardwood, this original work was stained, painted, and finally given several coats of clear acrylic for protection. It measures about 10-1/2" long, 4-1/2" wide at the pectorals, and 8-1/4" high. The base is poplar.
The sculpture is initialed and dated by the artist. It's fine detail and fussy paint work should please any shark enthusiast.
