Original ACEO, one-of-a-kind, hand-painted, miniature of Mockingbird by artist Melody Lea Lamb, watercolor and colored good pencil, charming

Original, one-of-a-kind, hand-painted, miniature of lovely mockingbird against a sunset sky by artist Melody Lea Lamb. This charming work of art is in the typical size of ACEOs (Art Cards Editions and Originals): the standard trading card size of 3.5 x 2.5 inches. It is created with watercolor and colored pencil on 100% cotton paper. Signed by the artist on the front with her name and on the back with her name, date, title, and information on materials used. In excellent condition, kept in a protective clear acid-free sleeve and an album since I bought it back in 2006 (the back and sides of the card might show evidence of the artistic production, such as stains of color, etc. The front is impeccable). These charming miniature paintings are so much better in person, photos don't do them justice.

These wonderful works of art stand out for their lovely details, balanced composition, vibrant hues, and harmonious color combinations. Melody has a great talent for capturing the texture of animal fur or feathers and the spirit and beauty of the critters she paints. Her naturalistic creations have a unique artistic feel that is enchanting and often whimsical. Collecting her original work was of great comfort to me for a difficult period in my life. Looking at her spirited creations was a source of joy that I now wish to share with new collectors. I will be listing my entire collection here on Etsy, followed by original ACEOS and larger paintings by other artists. Melody's work is highly collectible.
