A gorgeous - and large! - copper storage box.

The box has two handles on opposite ends and a removable lid. On top of the lid is a copper ring for lifting the lid.

The box is long, measuring 16-inches wide X 4-inches high X 6.25-inches deep. It is a substantial, heavy piece weighing 4.5-pounds.

The box is in terrific vintage condition. Some tarnish and mild oxidization in the inside but copper comes through beautifully on the outside with minor surface wear from age and use. The lid fits snugly. A gorgeous rich copper patina.

A great box for storing important documents or other special treasures. It would display beautifully.
