Extra Small - inside circumference of 5 1/2" with a 1" gap.
Small - inside circumference of 5 3/4" with a 1" gap.
Medium - inside circumference of 6" with a 1" gap.
Large good - inside circumference of 6 1/4" with a 1 1/4" gap.
XL inside circumference of 6 1/2" with a 1 1/4" gap
