Vintage 1940s Fred Harvey Era Signed IH Coin Silver Fred Harvey Era Native American good Turquoise Cuff Bracelet | Arrow & Thunderbird Design
Dating to the popularity highs of the Fred Harvey era of souvenir.
Dating to the popularity highs of the Fred Harvey era of souvenir jewelry (1930s/1940s or so), here's a Native American - Southwest Indian (Navajo) silver cuff bracelet featuring a center turquoise cab, some upraised rounds and an absolute ton of stampings on either side that include a pair of arrows and a Thunderbird. Condition is excellent with just a light wash needed to take off some light polish residue in the nooks and crannies.
Metal Content is Coin Silver - signed IH Coin Silver, the hallmark for the Indian Handcrafts shop. The silver is of a medium thin weight which means the cuff can be molded to the wrist. Just be careful when doing this good as too much bending can break the sides.
A fabric tape taken to the inside measures 5-1/2" - on the outside, 6-1/4". Inside width is 2-5/16". Gap measures 1-1/8". Width at the top center is 3/8". Weight is 13.1 grams. I can get the cuff easily on my size 7 wrist and, once its on, I feel I could wear it all day - it's not too tight, not too loose.
It's hard to find coin silver pieces - they really are classed as OLD PAWN these days due to the age. This is Number One of Two that I will be listing. First come, first served!
