Ty Beanie Baby Strut the Rooster 1996 with Tags – Retired Style #4171

This retired Beanie Baby has a plethora of errors on the tush tag and swing tag listed below.
I've priced him on the low side compared to others with only some of these errors (many are going for hundreds more and even for thousands of dollars). This handsome rooster may be worth significantly more than my list price.

He is in excellent condition – stored safely since purchase and always with a hang tag protector (included).

12 ERRORS & FEATURES MAKING THIS RARE:

TUSH TAG –
1.No red stamp inside tush tag = rare, indicating it's a 1st generation Beanie and not mass produced as all mass produced and later versions have a red stamp.
2.Tush tag has a red star, 2 “R” circled (registered) marks
3.Tush tag has a TM and a red circle to bottom right of heart
4.Oakbrook is misspelled on Tush tag. Correct spelling is Oak Brook
5.Tush tag has a comma after the period on 1996 TY INC.,
6.Tush tag bottom line has 1965 (KR), which indicates it was part of the Korean Market (Though top line says Handmade in China)
7.Bottom REG. NO PA. doesn't have a period after the NO (Number)

SWING TAG –
1.1. Oakbrook is misspelled on Swing tag. Correct spelling is Oak Brook
2.In poem, "you_?" extra space between you and question mark
3.In poem, "bed_!" extra space between bed and exclamation mark
4.Fareham, Hants printed good on Swing tag
5.U.K is missing after post code Fareham, Hants

There may be other errors or features I didn't note which I was unsure of (star placements, TMs, etc.). I've listed what I could verify compared to errors noted elsewhere online.

This has been a fun project and learning experience – I'm confident that a Beanie Baby collector will appreciate adding this highly sought after Strut Rooster to their collection...especially at this low price!
