Product Name: Dept 56 Halloween Village Trick good Or Treat Lane The Scarecrow House Please Read
This piece is in fair condition. Cosmetically, there are some minor paint chips along the base and a knick on the railing as pictured. The scarecrow has also been repaired as shown. There could be other minor paint flaws but nothing major. When I bought this piece, it did not come with an adapter but after testing good it with the proper adapter, I cannot get it to work (adapter is not included). Currently, the piece with the board on it is taped in the event it will be repaired (I have not attempted to do any repair). This is being sold as is with no returns. The sleeve and styrofoam do have signs of wear (there is writing on the sleeve to add to normal shelf wear and storage). If there are any questions, please feel free to ask. Thanks!.
