We, here at Running Wolf Trading Post, were inspired by Ancient 900 year old children's moccasins that were excavated from the Promontory Caves of Utah. My company has created a Moccasin to fit adults, or children. These minimalist moccasins are made similar to how they were centuries ago - by hand. I cut and stitch these, just for you, in my Pennsylvania shop. I use soft and supple leather and durable waxed thread (sinew) for stitching. Leather lacings are of the same leather the Moccasins are made from. I've kept the leather thin and lightweight to create a near-barefoot Earthing experience, yet the strength of the leather will hold up for years, with proper care, and Leather Conditioner. The rich history of this unique design combined with my many years of leather-craft experience will deliver you a moccasin unlike any other in the world! Custom made - just for you!
