Silver earrings in the shape of a C or semicircle are modeled in wax starting from a piece of wax without a shape. Worked to recreate the sinuous shapes of sea algae and the weaves of seaweed are then melted in silver with lost wax casting. The pin is flame welded and the surfaces burnished with natural mordant are then polished. The volumes and weaves in this way stand out even more. Worn in the hair they look like hoop earrings but their shape is a semicircle in order to have less weight without losing the volumes of the surfaces that characterize them.
