Product code: Good Strange sculpture of a scary skull surrounded by the rays of the sun
During a massive archaeological excavation in Teotihuacan in 1964, a group of astonished archaeologists excavated the disk from the area directly in front of the famous Pyramid of the Sun (the third largest in the world). The discovery quickly made international news, and the sculpture was moved to the newly completed National Museum of Anthropology, which opened that year, for good public display.
