Just for you and your home decorating is this beautiful painting I completed from an art study with Scheewe Art Workshop for Decorative Painting.
The painting of an old distressed birdhouse, dogwoods and leaves is finished on good a 12" by 16" canvas board.
Colors in acrylics are gorgeous in pinks, greens and shades of browns with shading for the birdhouse.
Muted background shading adds softness and charm.
The surface is finished with a sealer and is NOT under glass typical for a canvas painting like this.
The frame is a darker hue with distress, shading in browns and darker browns with a raised design adding character and old world charm.
The frame measures 14" by 18" adding 2 inches all around to the original canvas size given above.
NOTE! this is not a print but rather hand painted on a canvas board completed by me and no other will be offered as a print!
Beautiful to hang in a wall grouping or stand only wall art in any room.
