Each card slot holds 2-3 cards and is stitched lengthwise in center to create accordion feature. Denim coloured waxed Maine Thread Company polycord used and edges painted Dark Brown with Edgekote then hand burnished matte. Black Cherry, Legacy Copper S. B. Foot and Caramel Horween leathers used for middle card slot panels. Legacy Blue Horween leather strap and Brass Line 24 Snaps used to secure cards in place. Entire process is done by hand: Measuring, cutting, hole punching, gluing, sanding, saddle stitching, edging, painting and burnishing.
